What's here
- Initiatives (
initiatives/): ongoing work such as products, services and internal systems. Each has an owner, a commitment and a target date. - Projects (
projects/): major internal improvement efforts, such as developing a product, building a process or growing a capability. Each answers four questions: objectives and key results, analysis (LTP or SCQ), driver, and timeline. See How to run a project. - Portfolio (
portfolio/): the tree and map, generated from initiative and project pages. The portfolio overview explains how to read them.
Initiative and project pages are the canonical records. Edit them directly; the portfolio views rebuild from them.
